Have you ever heard of the 80/20 rule?

80/20 means 80% of losing weight comes from your diet and 20% of it comes from consistently working out/ being active.  A 12 week family based intervention/study was done- this consisted of twelve 90 minute sessions divided in 45 minutes of exercising and 45 minute workshop on eating healthy.
